Engineering Design Notes 

☆ Strength

We have seen too many cheap tow strap fail due to thin seat belt grade nylon material.  We sourced Diamon Weave webbing strap that is used for vehicle-tiedown. 

☆ Ideal Length

So many to strap on the market are just too long +12".   They end up looking sloppy and unproportionate to our cars. Our strap is just the right length to be pulled through grill/bumpers leaving 7" of visible strap. 

☆ Proper hardware

Most universal straps use a smaller 3/8" bolt hole. We went with a larger 9/16 bolt bolt and include bolt, washer & nylon nut.
